The tracker on Ford's website is flaky and regularly has issues.
I've seen it report my VIN being invalid (this was 2 days ago). My truck has been built and is getting prepped for shipping.
I've had the tracker not load for hours or days.
The packages on the tracker for my truck do not match my order or window sticker (luxury package is missing on the tracker).
There have been other inconsistencies over time as well, such as the in production date not matching what I was emailed, etc.
If your truck was shipped (and you haven't seen any train derailments on the news), I wouldn't worry too much.
