Estimated delivery date disappeared from tracker

The tracker on Ford's website is flaky and regularly has issues.
I've seen it report my VIN being invalid (this was 2 days ago). My truck has been built and is getting prepped for shipping.
I've had the tracker not load for hours or days.
The packages on the tracker for my truck do not match my order or window sticker (luxury package is missing on the tracker).
There have been other inconsistencies over time as well, such as the in production date not matching what I was emailed, etc.

If your truck was shipped (and you haven't seen any train derailments on the news), I wouldn't worry too much.

Strictly anecadatabut have found it best to eschew the tracker Monday afternooons to Tuesday afternoons, also the same for Thursdays to Fridays.

Has this happened to anyone else during the process? Mine shipped a little over a week ago, with an estimated delivery date of 3/24. This morning, the estimated delivery date has completely disappeared from the tracker. Hope this doesn't mean delays

Have you tried using the rail tracker? I know yours is coming to Versailles and mine Louisville. Just wondering if were on the same rail?

Not yet. I haven't seen a shipment confirmation. I'll be trying to figure that out in the next day or two. I'll let you know once I dig into it.

It’s actually potentially a good thing. My Bronco and Maverick both disappeared on the tracker and then showed up at dealer within a days.

I hope so, mine has been sitting at the railyard for 2 weeks. I noticed my delivery date also disappeared yesterday, when my salesman emailed & thought it could be there Friday!

Ordered my F350 DRW 9/23, built 2/1. Been waiting shipment since. Estimated delivery changed from 2/18 to 2/28 then 3/4 then 3/11 then yesterday it showed 3/3. Never have gotten anymore emails from Ford since the change in est delivery of 3/4 and now no est delivery date on the tracker like everyone else. The tracker still shows waiting shipment with only the order and build date. Not sure what to think about Fords tracking system.

Sorry if I am not supposed to post on the Maverick forum but looks like all vehicles are being affected. Got an email from Ford last night postponing the est delivery to 3/18-26th. Now showing final preparation on the tracker. Dealer said it has been released so nothing holding it up except waiting shipment
