I 3D printed a cool faceted pot a week ago (original post here) and put a faux succulent plant in it to mount of the dashboard of my Cactus Gray XLT... but the plant wasn't quite as fun as I wanted, so I went to another Hobby Lobby and found some better ones in stock. Here's what the new one looks like:

And I also printed this pot design in a smaller version and put a more vertically shaped succulent in it for placement in the cubby. I've seen some really cool ideas in the works by people for making functional use of the cubby, and that's great, but I also like the idea of just making it a deco spot.

I'm not gonna keep both plants in place, just the big one, but I wondered what others thought about the small cubby plant idea.

I love both of them, especially the plant holder! Since I have my little dog in the cubby I need to get a dog house designed and I would have the flower on the dash!

Lol! When I remodeled my MC house I hauled the old commode out back and gave my staghorn fern a home🤣 I like this dollhouse size and might add that to my collection!

@Taildragger I'm a big fan of the cubby plant. It's adorable, and I've gotta get one. 3D printing is not a skill-set that I currently have, or have the time to acquire. How much for you to print me a tiny flower pot?

It is pretty darn cute : )

For $10 I could make the small pot with the same succulent as in the pic, mounted inside the pot in epoxy resin, and some double stick mounting tape on the bottom of the pot (plus whatever the actual shipping is)

I can figure the actual shipping costs beforehand too so you know.

Let me know if you're interested -

I am definitely interested. You don't even have to put the plant and tape on it. I probably won't get my truck until late summer at the earliest, so plenty of time for me to hit up hobby lobby here.

Need one for when my truck gets built- just the pot, but happy to pay $10 for it. I have a need for the plant to be an Echeveria. Plant guy thing lol. Anyway, hit me in my dms and I will send $$
