My dealer said there is a refrigerator with Niagara water in it over there. You can drink as many as you want. This was the only thing they gave away at the dealership. Water.

Actually got a call from my dealer today. Ordered 12/26. He asked if I would consider dropping the lariat Lux cp360 and spibl. I said no. He also said he had 11 other people to call. He does expect it to be made in 22 but who knows when.

Back in June, the first dealer that I contacted told me that they wouldn't agree on a final price until after the truck arrived.

Within 24 hours, I found a good dealer who agreed to a price--and lived up to all expectations.

What did your dealer say to make you roll your eyes ?

As many already know...2 weeks ago my dealer told me my June 10th order was getting rolled over to a 2023. But so was about a dozen orders from my dealership.

Still not scheduled. I believe him

That financing rates were determined when purchasing the truck, not what was available when I ordered.

I've read conflicting info on this and even called Ford Financing, they told me to talk to my dealer.

No. I knew more about the truck than the salesperson.

The day I ordered my truck (3 days before the cutoff last month) my local dealer told me thier order banks were full for Mavericks and they couldn't order one for me. Talk about not wanting a sale!

So, I called another dealer and had a confirmed order within two hours. Sheesh!

That’s exactly the line I got from my dealer. I asked them to change the code from 19 to 10 He told me that they had no control over changing priority code And to stop listening to crackpots in online chat rooms.

I also got

• You have to use Ford financing to buy this truck
• All our vehicles have ADM and the full options package even custom order
• We can't sell any trucks without Ford's standard "options" of Decor, Dent warranty and Nitro Tires.
• It will be here in 6-8 weeks
• We can't lock in the price till it gets here and is "optioned"
• You don't want this truck unless it's for your wife. Let's get you into a real Truck like a F150
• The XLT has Auto Cruise Control & Lane control as a standard
• The Hybrids are being held up by the government because (nonsense conspiracy about the current administration doing it out of spite)
• Sure we can show you the Maverick. Why don't you come out (1 hr away) and we can chat about getting you the keys......well it actually isn't here and we don't know when it's going to get here.

Oh and plenty more. I only found two out of 12ish dealers who gave it to me straight.
