If you Google Gary Yeomans Ford Daytona Beach on the right hand side it has all the stars and it says write a review. You can click on the reviews and read the newest ones. All I saw for a response was we will look into it because customer satisfaction is very important to us. 🤣🤣🤣

Agree! They didn’t scam me but they were definitely unethical! I was just looking through communications and there was only 1 email and 1 text from the salesman. All other communication was telephone calls so no record of promises or anything.
I've been reading this without giving much of a comment. Until, now. I believe they did scam you in such a way that they could claim this was a retail sale. So, they could take the vehicle. And sell it for a larger profit. No way was this not intentional. And congrats on your new ride!

Thank you! When I think back on everything that happened and the conversations it definitely appears to have been preplanned. Maybe the salesman wanted to have the car reserved until he could find somebody who pay more. I guess that’s what happens when customers are willing to pay $5-10K over MSRP and keep buying the vehicles. That’s pretty much what happened with residential real estate!

I got into it with a dealer a few years ago. They tried strong arming me and my ex-wife. lost the keys for our trade. pulled all the tricks in the book. Car was smoked in and argued with us til they were blue in the face that it wasn't. I always bring a spare set because losing the trade-in's keys is a regular thing around here. Walked out saying I'll see you in court for attorney fees, replacement keys, fob, and just general wasting my time. Dude literally pulled our keys from his pocket right then and there. It was unbelievable.

I posted online our experience. They called me crying and begging me to take it down. This was a very large chain of dealers in the area.

Mentioned it to my neighbor and turns out that it's his family the runs it. Yep.

20 minutes later I got 3 emails from every manager at that dealer and the family member in charge of the entire chain. Admitting the car was smoked in and apologizing for hassling me.

Replied with "Go fuck yourself and I'll re-post my review every day if I have to. If I save 1 person from getting fucked by you that's good enough for me."

I hate car dealers.
