I’ll take one if there’s any left and you don’t return them. Thanks! Would be a nice little project wiring it up.I ordered a mirror through Quirkparts for about $20 delivered. It arrived today and I thought the box was a little large and heavy for 1 mirror. Well they sent me 7 in error. I checked and they did only charge me for the 1. First thought was I could resell these to people here for even less but being the good guy I am I reached out Quirk letting them know they overshipped my order. If for some reason they don’t want them back I’ll let you know. They come with all the cabling , instructions etc…
So unfortunately Quirk wants them back. Go figure. So that is the bad news. The good news is they should have them back in stock sometime next week so you can order them.I ordered a mirror through Quirkparts for about $20 delivered. You have the legal right to keep it as a free gift, according to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Sellers aren't permitted to ask for payment for unordered items, either, and the FTC says consumers are under no obligation to even tell the seller about the wrongly delivered merchandise or required to send anything back.So unfortunately Quirk wants them back. Its your choice, not sure if you knew this but thanks anyway.
I don't think it applies in this case, but I am not a lawyer. You have the legal right to keep it as a free gift, according to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Legal or not morally it would not be right.I don't think it applies in this case, but I am not a lawyer.
Excellent! That's exactly how I plan to do mine. What kind of clips did you use and where did you attach it? Any other advisements? Hope to do mine next weekend. Was an easy and nice looking $19 mod. Easy to pull power from the overhead dome lights.

As far as the mirror is concerned just unscrew it and slide up. Be sure you have a panel popper set to remove the black shroud.Excellent! That's exactly how I plan to do mine. What kind of clips did you use and where did you attach it? Any other advisements? Hope to do mine next weekend.
Bookmarked. THANKS!As far as the mirror is concerned just unscrew it and slide up. Be sure you have a panel popper set to remove the black shroud.
I just quick tapped ground on the mirror to ground in the overhead lights (black to black) Then tapped the other two from the mirror to the yellow/green 12v from the overhead lights.

Well, not really. While you aren't required to pay for things that you did not order, you ARE required to return them if they were shipped by accident. Taking advantage of a shipping error isn't OK.You have the legal right to keep it as a free gift, according to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Not such thing as morals in the auto industry. Go ask a salesman. LolLegal or not morally it would not be right.
