how much different is Alto Blue from Antimatter Blue
Anytime. I will try and be on this like once a day, especially when I get more info.Yep, that definitely helps - thx for all of your great info.
watch <---- this video for demonstration is nice because it shows how you can move the tension strapsDo you mean the tailgate? If so, it is not damped like most full-size trucks, however, it does have a torsion bar assist which makes the tailgate feel incredibly light when opening or closing.
I have the platinum explorer and love the sony system in it. In my prius, it came with top end sound (I think bose) and it was also acceptable (I didn't feel the need to swap it out).In a car this cheap, probably underwhelming. If sound quality is a big priority then budget yourself some cash to have it replace in the aftermarket.
Oh for sure. I get it. Just Bang & Olufsen is top notch thoughI have the platinum explorer and love the sony system in it. In my prius, it came with top end sound (I think bose) and it was also acceptable (I didn't feel the need to swap it out).
I was going for the lariat lux package regardless, so hoping it will be good enough.
If you have a Bronco Sport w/ ecoboost in the area, it should drive the same, its the same powertrain after all and the weight of a AWD ecoboost BS and Maverick are virtually identical, think it was within 30lbs or so.What does the power feel like with the 2.0 EB? Is it quick?
Does the 8 speed shift smoothly? Does it hunt for gears?
I know that in the one picture I have, the little "switch" if that's what you want to call it, and I do not have a video, but if you get the version that opens manually, it is like the ranger (which is a little latch), and the motorized one like the F-150I would love to see a picture (or a video!) of the rear window opening/closing. For some reason, there have been zero pics of that tiny window opened so far
Jessica is right for sure. both quick in my opinion. If you have a Bronco Sport w/ ecoboost in the area, it should drive the same, its the same powertrain after all and the weight of a AWD ecoboost BS and Maverick are virtually identical, think it was within 30lbs or so.
Hey same trade here! I am excited to see how it feels in comparison. I assume it's got more grab down low and less up top because of the weight and awd.3) very quick, makes me happy that even tho my Focus St will be replaced by a truck, the AWD 2.0t will feel just as powerful. nice BOV (blow off valve) sounds too lol
very true. So quick and I'm excited for that. Ill be one to modify mine a bit for sure.Hey same trade here! I am excited to see how it feels in comparison. I assume it's got more grab down low and less up top because of the weight and awd.
Seems like the 0-60 of the awd escape 2.0 and the focus st are similar
true, and even with the XLT, similar to the ranger, that windshield is quiet with the wind whistle. But for the unibody, it feels great on this truck, still makes it feel like a truckReplying to a couple of comments here:
Answer to the question of road noise was that it's quiet. This was a Lariat, so it has the acoustic windshield glass. Not sure how much difference that makes but I would expect XLT builds to be a little noisier.
As for ride comparison to the Ranger, that's one of the primary benefits of unibody construction. Ranger is body-on-frame which is notorious for...a truck-like ride.
