FDRS has a lot of restrictions whereas Forscan does not

Worked for me 3 weeks ago with the latest version of Forscan.

Good news is that Forscan altered Mavericks can run on Vodka.

Really? And it populated all the modules when you did the scan? From recent uses of that cable in other forums, it would not read all the modules in the network. It has been considered obsolete for a very long time now. FORScan no longer lists it as a supported device on their website.

No. Just my gaming laptop and it isn't even working properly any more. My work laptop has no personal data on it and my MacBook has no work data on it (and not compatible with Forscan). I'm pretty anal about data security since I work in the industry.

I don’t if it populated all of the modules, just that it populated the family I needed and where I poked around. No errors at all.
