@rugedraw I'm talking about this bottom black plastic part. I don't think you can buy the piece separately, but one from an Escape cluster would swap over). All plastic one is my old 22 cluster which is similar to a 25, silver aluminum one is from a digital Escape cluster (though it's got an Explorer shroud as I swapped it over). Clips and screws are different position than the all plastic one, which is why you can't just swap the one from your 25. Theoretically, that should be a direct fit for you, assuming encryption doesn't then bite us, just more expensive since you would have a hard time finding just this shroud, and I don't think Ford sells it alone.

@JorgeBarEst I think that style of cluster comes out of vehicles using encryption (24 or 25+ depending on model), it may not be possible to use it with what we've got available. I couldn't get one from a 25 Maverick to work in my 22
Im afraid it wont work as you say, thanks for the help.

Ah, I get it now. The clusters for the Escapes are pricey as hell even on eBay, but I see what you're saying now. The cluster in my current vehicle and the Escape does seem to have very similar mounting points. Guess I should have asked before I bought the IPC I bought. I also already bought the 12"" touchscreen and APIM from a 2025 Bronco Sport. Not sure if I should cut my losses now and resell what I already bought and just buy an Escape cluster, or just go balls to the wall and do a full Sync 4 conversion.

@wafflenator It seems like the cluster I have and the one from the higher trim Escapes is the same; it's just the plastic shroud around it that differs. I am going to order the shroud by itself and take apart the dash to see what I can do. Thanks again for the tip.

Edit: Ah crap......it won't work. Just pulled it up in PTS and it is all one piece going around the a/c vents. Back to the drawing board.

I found a cluster from a 2024 Escape with only 2k miles for cheap. Another guy on the BS forum bought a 2025 BS cluster and (as suspected), it doesn't fit correctly. It also only registers the turn signals and headlights after he flashed his ab data on it, but the cluster itself does not light up. We are trying to figure that part out which I am sure we will. We have a thread going on in that forum about it.

I think the screen on the Bronco Sport is nicer than the Escape one. I am hoping I can use the plastic shroud from the Escape cluster on the Bronco Sport screen, but if not, I will retain the Escape screen. Once I get it, I will take it apart.
