After 4 years of waiting and wanting in Aug. 2025 I finally ordered my '26 Maverick. I had plenty of time reading /planning/researching products. So, what you see here is what works for me. Yes, those are factory rims with 255/70/17s, yes, I cut off the factory tow hooks and welded the brush guard to the stubs so the big nuts of the tow hooks could be removed to remove the brush guard but ensure that it was well supported. (With the hogs and deer in central Texas I wanted a little bit of protection.). I'm awaiting the release of the 300T kit from Ford performance. Yeah, I may be 65 now but still a kid at heart. Have to admit if they would have done the tremor suspension in a hybrid I would have opted for it.

Thank you. I had the dealer leave all interior plastic factory protection in it, and it towed on a flatbed wrecker to the customizing shop. We pulled the head liner, roof antenna and the front and back glass to add the stripes correctly. After the paint all cured, I've had it professionally ceramic coated twice. It took a heat gun and a 2x4 block on the front fender liners to give me a bit (3/4") more tire clearance. I'm still struggling if I want to mess with the steering geometry by adding a lift. The only other upgrade I'm working on is a hitch winch. Going to mount an elect. winch on a tray and fabricate an extended hitch so I can still have a ball hitch but with a winch. and elect quick connect plug from a set of commercial jumper cables.

looks great, but based on those pictures it might look even better with wheel spacers or wheels with more offset to fill out those big flares

EDIT: fronts look OK but the rears look a bit lost inside the flares

Thanks, but tried...Ordered a set of correct pattern and stud size from Spacer Experts. They arrived and had wrong studs in them. Contacted them and they claimed they were incorrectly made by their supplier with wrong stud size. So, I did build without the spacers. What I learned was it didn't throw mud all over the body like this even when I played in the mud. So, I opted to leave it. Again, we all like something different. I really wish I could find some type of A/T tire in 55 or 60 series.

Nope, no lift, no cutting.....with factory tremor suspension. Only had slight contact near full turn between tire and fender liner(front only). So, with tire removed I used a heat gun, heated the fender liner and moved it 3/4 " back away from tire in that one spot on both sides by pressing on very hot plastic with a 2x4. Worked wonderfully.

To answer the question about the lights, I wired them with a remote controller to avoid pulling wires into the cab. I set them up to be somewhat protected by the brush guard. The rural roads in central Texas we have a lot of wild hogs and smaller deer that are very active. The smaller lights on the chase rack (upper)10k lumen ea. so they will light up my pastures when I'm driving the property. I wanted to remain low profile to allow me to run through the car wash without damage. They are black oak offshore lights for severe marine applications. (Not cheap nor plastic)
And finally, yes, I removed the factory hood decals to have the custom painted stripes and trim added then we re-cleared the entire truck after prep. that is the Ford accessory hood scoop however we added a reinforcement under the middle going across and rather than the oem double sided tape they provided we installed it using windshield urethane. (it will never come off) thanks for your questions
