Molly the Maverick is HERE!

Took delivery today on Molly! So far I've only driven about 10 miles ( had to come back to work to pay for her!), but I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way she rides and drives. I had several coworkers who now want to buy one after seeing mine. The dealer would NOT honor X plan pricing, and it was a little bit of a struggle to get financing where I wanted it, but finally I got it where I needed it to be. Goodness, what a ride it's been. I still send hopes to all my forum-friends out there who are still waiting for their "Mollys". I hope you all get to experience the thrill of driving it off the lot soon.

Sure does not look like winter down in Texas. I am in South Dakota and it is snowing here...expecting 8 inches by this evening.

I just called my dealership to drop my tonneau cover and change my color to Alto Blue, it looks gorgeous!! Congrats!

When I drove back to work from the dealership, the thermometer showed 82 degrees...I live in East Texas, and for the most part our winters are mild...EXCEPT for this past February.

I just like the way it sounds when I say Molly the Maverick. I DO have some Scottish heritage myself, although my Irish heritage is stronger. I couldn't say Mitzi the Maverick..(that's my real name..the Mitzi part, anyway...). I had a suggestion Margarita the Maverick, since she was made in Mexico, but Molly rolls off the tongue so much easier.
