Where I live there is only one Tesla charger in the entire county. So what? Tesla doesn't even turn a profit on their cars. The company makes money by selling carbon offsets and pumping their stock. Their number 1 in a niche market right now.Come on now they are the world leader in electric vehicles and according to the CEO of Ford he would be happy to beat VW to the number 2 spot. Where i live there are many Model 3 on the road. We have many Tesla only charge stations. Banks of them in our shopping centers,
I don't either but I know grifters when I see them.I dont follow roofing - no comment

The only status to care about is they haven't built, sold, or delivered a single unit in two years.Status of the Cyber Truck - nothing else.
That would be trucks - true and Ford doesn’t make cars for sale in the US any longer. The only status to care about is they haven't built, sold, or delivered a single unit in two years.
I hope so. FORD should of never sold their share of Rivian. The specs on the Rivian truck are outstanding, the price is good and for the most part it looks like a truck unlike the Cyber thing.Ford is going to beat Tesla to market by probably a at least a full year with the F150 Lightning. GM even announced they will start production in 2023 on the electric Silverado and there's a good chance GM will beat them too and I'm not even counting the Hummer.
And what's the wait time on getting a Tesla delivered? I'm still amazed you're trying to make your case about logistics with Tesla as your example. That would be trucks - true and Ford doesn’t make cars for sale in the US any longer.
The company delivered 241,000 cars to customers in the quarter, up from 140,000 a year ago and turned a profit on car sales for the first time.
Tesla is the king of over promise and under deliver. I don't get it.And what's the wait time on getting a Tesla delivered? I'm still amazed you're trying to make your case about logistics with Tesla as your example.
That is like comparing apples to oranges!!! No manufacturing is involved, no great distance for you to transport. Amazon does a descent job BUT, they have hubs strategically located where they house a lot of already produced product they deliver. It does NOT come from one location to be shipped all over the country.Gotta wonder how Tesla plans to ship 80 Billion dollars ( advance sales to date) in Cyber Trucks one house at a time. No dealers. BTW I spent years in transportation operating a 24/7/365 taxi, limo and messenger service serving a large city, i sold it and now i a have a Amazon Logistics franchise. I know a little about logistics and a very demanding customer.
Yep, I had a friend that put a deposit down on one. He does not like to talk about it.Remember the Elio 3 wheeler that people put a deposit on, waited years for it to be built, and then the company went belly up before making a single car?
I like what Tesla/Elon Musk has done in the electric arena for vehicles. But the Cyber Truck looks like the illegitimate step-child of the DeLorean. So... we know who the mother is, but the father refuses to stand-up and be recognized as such.I hope so. FORD should of never sold their share of Rivian. My assessment is that Cyber Truck seems like vaporware intended to raise a bunch of quick cash and pump the stock so that Musk can start to divest. He can't rely on gov subisdiy to help pump his market cap to the tune of $600K per car sale, so he's turned to straight grift while he's cashing out and pulling up the ladder after he climbed it.I like what Tesla/Elon Musk has done in the electric arena for vehicles. YES! I'd much rather get an email that says, with your specs and dealer your estimated build month is [March, April, whatever] than completely not knowing. Obviously that email should come from Ford because the dealers that are telling customers their guesses (except Tim) are just throwing out BS that makes Ford look bad.At this point, a pretty good guess on their part is all I am looking for. I'm tired of going on the alert every Thursday hoping this will be it only to be disappointed. Come out and tell me I'm screwed until April and i will sit back and wait. They have $1,000 dollars of my money and i think that buys me a few answers on their part.
