I think you two have the exact same condition; yours is just white and thus the black clips and other holes stand out. Nothing else goes there AFAIK, that joint is where the pinch welds for lifting are at each end.

Some white waterproof 2” outdoor tape could cover those clips/holes. I’m a cheapskate & love to use tough tape

Guy at work bought a White, 2024 XL. (after looking over mine..)
Those "Black Clips" do show more....

There aren't any off-the-shelf products specifically for the Maverick to dress up the pinch weld.

But you could lower the truck a few more inches so it's harder to see.

How about adding Flexible Baseboard Molding Trim all the way down. That way the black mud flap will visually continue that line all the way to the back wheel arch.
