On 9/27 I ordered an Iconic Silver Maverick XLT Ecoboost AWD, 4k Tow package and Copilot 360 are the only options. I got the confirmation email before I left the dealer. For Some reason my dealership is running way way behind the others. There has been 0 customer orders delivered and as of now they just got the first 2 orders scheduled to be built last week and they were ecoboost orders from June and July NOT hybrids. There are about 15 orders in front of mine from this dealership and only 2 have been scheduled as of now. So its looking like I might not see mine until April-June at best. I got priority code 19 and the dealer will not change the priority code they said it doesnt matter even though I know it does. Any idea what can be happening over there and any idea if theres anything I can do about it? I heard this dealership changed hands earlier in the year and their allocations may be down but I just dont get how this dealer is so far behind. I called every other dealer in the area and all of them have had at least a few customer orders show up already with more on the way. I dont get why they are so far behind, could they be messing something up when they put the orders in? is not changing the priority codes setting them back? Any feedback is appreciated thanks guys.
