How large of a camper have you towed with a 4K hybrid Maverick?

I’m not one for going slow… so yes, I’m sure it comes down to expectations.

It was a total of roughly 21 feet long. Weighs about 2500 pounds. It was NOT fun to pull. I pulled out about three hours.

That looks like a vista 19. They are around 3500lbs empty with a 410+lb hitch weight. That's already over the hitch weight limit before you even add anything.

Considering selling my square drop for a larger camper. Found one I like that is 2,950# empty, which should be good. And they have a slightly larger model at 3,600# which would be only a couple hundred from max before adding water. What's the max your 4K Hybrid has towed comfortably?

Well, it's not a hybrid, but I towed this one. It's a 23' tandem axel.I think it's about 4000 lbs.
I put some helper airbags in the Rear Springs, towed pretty good,But I wouldn't go above 60 with it

Or this.. My mav does everything a $70000 F150 will that I've asked of it so far, Besides drain my bank account like that truck Would

I am aiming to find something between 2500 and 3k dry weight. Though I keep seeing some large hybrids, just under 4k dry, sleep like 8 people, so start wondering about yanking one of those empty to a seasonal site and after another trip to equip, having half the family up for weekends or something.

Yeah, I had the car way too far forward. It needed to be back about another eight inches to a foot, and it would have been perfect.. Unfortunately, the way it had to be loaded that dictated where the car was on the trailer

My jayco jay flight slx 170bh. It's 3000lbs empty with a 300lb hitch weight. I only pulled it home from the dealership. Was a 15 minute trip with 55mph the fastest I went as it was all back roads. Pulled it without an issue. Will report more once we start going on some trips with it in the spring!

I tow a 2012 Jayco X17Z hybrid camper that weighs about 3000lbs dry. With a 2024 Ecoboost lowered, 4k tow package, suspension spring helper air bags, and weight distribution bars, it drives great. Been on 12 or so trips, from 25 miles to 600 miles with no problems. Feels very stable even a 70 mph, though I usually travel at 60 to save some cash on mpgs.
