I'm sorry to hear that a lot of you guys are still having issues getting your kit.

OEM Plus (Sam) has been great to deal with. I had a few minor issues with my unit (missing features) and OEM Plus took care of it right away. I hope Panda comes through for you guys. If not, get your money back and purchase directly through OEM Plus.

Starting to think we got ripped off. I know my card was charged on July 15th with the 3 week lead time crap from Kaleb or what ever the hell his name is and it's been 8 weeks!! Not a word from Panda
I would cancel the transaction with your credit card company asap, before the dispute timeline runs out. It will certainly get their attention. After that, you may hear from them lol.

We wanted to give you all a clear update on the Sync Upgrade kits.

First off, no one has been scammed. We’ve already shipped over 20 kits, with another 10 scheduled to ship out in the next week. We’re still working on securing another 20+ screens directly from Ford so we can speed things up.

It hasn’t been smooth sailing. We’ve run into boot issues with some screens and had to work directly with Ford’s supplier, United Radio, to get those warrantied. Add on Ford’s repeated price increases, and it’s been a real challenge. But here’s the important part: we are not passing those price increases on to you. Panda has eaten those costs.

If you’d rather not wait, you are welcome to email us to cancel - no need to file a chargeback. We’re not here to take advantage of anyone, we’re just stuck in the middle of delays and supplier headaches.

The good news: these kits keep getting better. Just yesterday, Sam found two more programming improvements that make installs even more plug-and-play. Every week we’re making this a stronger product for you.

Lastly, we’re partnered with OEM+ on this product. Canceling and re-ordering won’t benefit you. If anything, you’ll end up paying the new higher price. Sticking it out with Panda means you keep the lower locked-in pricing.
We appreciate your patience more than you know. We’re pushing every day to get these kits in your hands as quickly as possible.

We hear you, and fair point. Our last public update here was June 26th. At the same time, it’s not like we’ve gone dark. We’ve sent automated ETA updates, plus talked with many (if not most) of our customers directly by phone or email. That’s why we didn’t jump back on here right away.

If you were looking for a public update instead of an email, a quick tag to let us know would’ve gone a long way too. Communication works both ways, and we’re doing our best to keep everyone in the loop across multiple channels.

That said, you’re right. More frequent public posts would help. We’ll make it a point to keep this forum updated more often moving forward so no one feels left out of the loop.

I’m sorry we missed those questions. Can you please point me to where they are? A simple tag goes a long way for us as a small team, and we don’t ever want anyone to feel ignored. Truly sorry if we overlooked something here. We’ll do our best to get those answered right away.

hey all, has nobody noticed an issue of audio EQ settings not saving or resetting after restarting the vehicle? Any fix?
