That charge is for shipping protection. The shipping itself is free! The protection just covers damages or lost packages. You can disable it in the cart

Ah, its because the wrong kit was on there. I updated it to the Lariat Lux kit, which is what you had in your screenshot. Click the link and it will be updated!

Just an update to my order placed threw Panda Motorworks I placed it on 6/28 and received it on 10/27. The install was pretty straightforward, the hardest part for me was unclipping some of the harnesses. I went with the 12" screen upgrade the screen bracket needed a little modification of the side clips, the unit fired rite up and the screen looks amazing compared to the stock one everything is working as it should, but I have no sound coming from the speakers. I went into Forscan to see what it showed and there are 3 DTCs that popped up on the ACM. I have a service ticket with Panda regarding these but have not herd back yet (it's only been 2 days). My suspicion is that it's a bad ACM and not a programming issue, but we will see what they say.

Any update on your situation?

I did get a reply back to try unplugging the connectors and waiting a bit before plugging things back in (as a hard reset). but this didn't do anything. I'm waiting back for a reply but with SEMA going on I'm expecting some delay until things get back to normal. I'll keep posting updates as they become available.

We're pretty much caught up, thank you for your patience. Our programmer is looking into this and you should get a response back very soon!

hey all, has nobody noticed an issue of audio EQ settings not saving or resetting after restarting the vehicle? Any fix?

Did you have this issue resolved? Definitely a deal-breaker for me if you're having to change it every time you start the vehicle.

Should have just received a reply back from the specialist on this!
