Hood decal….thoughts?

I bought these from rocky mountain graphics off Esty. Pretty easy to install. Brett is a great guy to do business with.

I have a couple of air bubbles I will pop after 24 hours. What do y’all think?

I used a large sheet of sticker vinyl to cover the rockers on my Tacoma to prevent rock chips, and it worked excellent. Several years later, I did the same thing on the hood of my Sprinter, but by then you could buy a 5x5' piece.
Your sticker will protect the paint on that part of the hood, but I don't think you're likely to get chips there (but I did, on my first 100 miles!). I'm going to put vinyl on the leading edge of my hood for rock chips. The plastic bumper seems to allow enough deflection to reduce paint damage.

Sorry, seems I'm in the minority opinion here. While I like the idea of adding some contrast to the white, I don't think what you have in mind is a good look. Seems to diminish the nice broad lines of the hood. Maybe some stripes along the edges of the hood bump? Something like this?

I'd be leery of it deteriorating over time like all plastics and vinyl do .
