Took delivery of my girl 4/30/25. Currently around 1900 miles on the dash and I'm loving it. This is my first “truck” and new vehicle after owning several hot hatches. I decided it was time for a more practical / reliable daily that still has character. Ive only had one major issue with this truck so far and that was water ingress into my passenger side floor board. The issue was caused by poor installation of the cabin air filter cover and hood cowl screen at the factory. It was taken apart and re-installed by my dealership and I have not seen any water since then.

I don't like white,black and gray vehicles, but that's a clean looking truck.

I agree for the most part, the white wasn’t my first choice but it was the only lobo available at the time. I will say it quickly grew on me though I think this is the golden spec lobo wise with the black roof and badges everything is white on black. Only thing that could make it better would be cyber orange or hot pepper red. I had a 2014 focus st in tangerine scream a few years back Fords yellow/oranges go hard.

100% with you, the white and black combo looks really good, add to that the lower stance of the lobo and is a awesomeness combo.
About the cyber orange, I'm pretty deep into this color so my opinion won't be unbiased. My name's says it all.

kidding aside ... it really looks great and I didn't imagine a black roof looking so good on
a white truck.

But, I'm a bit partial, and probably a bit infatuated with the appearance.

Did you go black roof? Can I see?
Are those windows tinted? (Darked out windows to play the white+black theme.)

Maybe lowered just a tad to tuck into those tires a bit.

That water ingress issue, did that happen during rain or a car wash? Or how did it come about? I want to keep on the look out on mine. But I've been in some rain and car washes without noticing anything obvious.

Yeah mine has the black roof I believe its standard on all lobos, So I noticed the water after a night of heavy rainfall a few weeks into ownership. There was a few quarter to half dollar size puddles on my passenger floor mat with little droplets cought in the ridges that lead up the back portion of the mat so it was undeniably coming from under the glovebox. Funny you ask my previous hatch was a mk7 GTI which I sold exclusively because it had a cracked sunroof frame assembly and would cost roughly 5k $ out of pocket to get it fixed. That car leaked water bad, every time it rained my headliner would be soaked over the passenger side and all down the a-pillar if it rained enough it would drip through my sun visor and onto the dash. This was a known design flaw with the mk7 that VW never made a proper recall for.

Right, from what I could gather that exact leak seems to be a somewhat common issue with all model years of the maverick.
