Frustration:9+ days past delivery date

In southeastern PA awaiting my hybrid maverick. Built 5/21 shipped 5/24 and showed 6/9 as delivery date. 9 days later still no truck
Window shows convoy so I guess no rail at all to a holding lot? Dealer doesn’t seem to know any more then what I can see on Ford tracking. Has this been everyone’s experience? The dates seem to be wishful and arbitrary. They are sucking the joy out of this experience lol

My Maverick was built on 4/13/23 and delivered on 6/14/23. So a two month wait from built to delivery.

😳. And I take it the ship date was a few days after build? Did the tracking just keep changing to later date? It seems that delivery experiences are all over the map. Worried now that this will show up past the July 7th deadline for employee pricing and they won’t honor it. Ugh

😳. And I take it the ship date was a few days after build? Did the tracking just keep changing to later date? It seems that delivery experiences are all over the map. Worried now that this will show up past the July 7th deadline for employee pricing and they won’t honor it. Ugh
When was your order date? As long as you ordered during the Employee Pricing window, they will it regardless of delivery date. If you ordered before, then hopefully it comes in soon!

When was your order date? As long as you ordered during the Employee Pricing window, they will it regardless of delivery date. If you ordered before, then hopefully it comes in soon!
They ordered it for themselves. I saw it incoming on their website, but I did put my name down on it with a deposit. Was told it’s all mine with deposit once it arrives. Hopefully that will be enough. Ford tracking shows they ordered it 3/8

My experience was two years ago. The delivery date did change two or three times. I doubt you will see as long of a wait that I did.

In fact my Maverick ended up on a train to Nebraska instead of California which greatly delayed delivery.

Just excited to get it and start making some upgrades etc
It was disappointing because I was hoping to drive it to the family ranch property for our yearly Memorial Day party. That was based on others delivery experience during that time period.

I ended up driving my old beat up 2002 Explorer. I'm sure you will love your Maverick when you get your hands on it.

I just thought of something. Earlier this year Ford dropped the auto hauler that they have used for decades. Perhaps that is causing the OP's problem.

My brother works at a Ford dealer doing service writing for RAV's which are lemon law vehicles. He told me the new trucking company sending him the RAV's suck. One really big problem is drivers who only speak Russian. He has to use a phone app translator to talk to these guys who have no clue in what they are doing.

Exactly 3 weeks from "built" to delivery. Got it almost 2 weeks earlier than the 1st ETA we were given by the Ford order status page

Looks like the OP did. He mentions the 7/7 date that you circled.
My interpretation is "place a new retail order by 7/7/2025", OR take delivery from dealer stock. If his is an ordered one, he should be price protected.

I take it you put your VIN and tracked it by this site:

If it says "delivered", that should mean its been sitting at the dealer's lot for a good week. I'm surprised they didn't call you, so I suggest you call them. Maybe their emails are in your "spam" folder, which is what happened to me at first.

As far as employee pricing, the way it was explained to me is you either order it by 7/7 or take delivery by 7/7. However, if you ordered it before the promotion started in early April (like I did), you'll need to take delivery by 7/7 to qualify.
