I did! Not sure if I got a good deal, but I'm happy with the truck.

2024 XLT hybrid w/ luxury package, black appearance package, and copilot 360, plus dealer installed hard folding tonneau cover, window vent shades and hood protector.

Paid around $37k

Nope. Was looking at a 2024 FX4, Lariat fully loaded. Dealer discounted about $2,200 from MSRP. For having been on lot months, and being last year's model, I felt should have been discounted more. I offered $1,200 less and they took another $500 off, but wouldn't go any lower. I ended up buying almost identical 2022 truck, Blue certified, with less than 10k miles for about $5k less

The employee pricing discount got me $1973 off the final price of my '25 4k AWD hybrid. I was prepared to pay the 39xxx, but paid 37xxx. I was happy.
Same here. I paid only 39k with savings I added dealer $4K worth of dealer installed accessories

After a six month wait, the 2025 Maverick Lariat hybrid I ordered arrived. A shout-out to Luther Family Ford in Fargo, ND: not only did they give me the employee discount, but they gave me almost what Carvana offered in trade, even with a cracked windshield and worn-out tires. What remained on my extended warranty became the down payment. I was worried I wasn't going to be able to afford to trade; instead I have come away one happy camper.

I did. Got an AWD/4K tow with CP360 ans SIBL for $29,795. Then used my Ford points worth $410 to bring it down more. What did you pay?

I sold my 22 FX4 to CarMax and bought a 25 black lariat hybrid with every option for 39k I love it, sticker was over 43k got 2500 employee discount and additional 750 for something else, the black package is the best part 19" wheels make for a great look and ride, it's nothing like my FX 4 it has a real truck feel now and the mileage has doubled from 20 to 40 mpg and 0-60 I think it's faster. I wanted a Lobo didn't want to wait and fell in lóve when I saw it

Got to love the instant throttle response of the hybrids. The 750 was a Ford rebate in your name. I got that too. I got the basic AWD with 4K. I just had to change the wheels. Wheels transformed the look.

I just brought home an XLT 300a 2.0L AWD in Shadow Black. MSRP was $31,569. I had a PCO for $750. Along with employee discount the sale price was $28,858. No 360 though.

Didn't want another big truck or another van so picked up a 2025 Maverick XLT hybrid about 2 weeks ago. Was happy to find one on the lot with no dealer add-ons and the CP360 package as the only option. Employee pricing brought it down to $30378. They gave a me a decent trade-in on my 2019 RAM Promaster van with 77K miles and I haven't looked back. Getting 40+ mpg routinely with mixed driving, computer and hand calculated. Have added Weather Tech interior mats and tailgate protector, Ford rubber bed mat, a folding, hard Tonneau cover and a center console bin organizer. Seats are comfortable and despite some complaints about it I like the interior very much. It's fun to drive, quiet, great around town and on the road, especially compared to the Promaster's LOUD, punishing ride.

The employee pricing was what motivated me to get one now. I was going to continue using my 2015 T250 for another year, but the threat of tariffs and then the lure of employee pricing made my mind up for me. Keeping the Transit as a work truck and campervan, but I sure am enjoying the 40+mpg of the Maverick as opposed to 15 in the Transit.
Dealer F-ed me with "VIN Etching" that never happened, to the tune of $400, but otherwise got a new '24 Hybrid XL for about $27k out the door (licensing, delivery, and all that crap included, truck by itself was about $25k). Two options already on it; full size spare and trailer hitch.

One of my girls at work got a Space White XL. Before the first week was over she threw on some black rims and soft tonneau with the savings. And I'm jealous. It's a sharp ride and so far she loves it. I'm happy for her.
