It was removed from the Marketplace way back, as Google requirements changed.

You can read all about it on the forscan.org website - where you can also download the apk that had an update maybe a month ago and still works fine.
Use their list of OBD recommended devices.

Now when you search the PIDs, you know to search for correct ecvt.
Though actually, temp would be better search.

Ah so this is the insistence on calling it the correct thing as I need to search for it called that. Makes more sense

Thanks to all for the help. I belive I have found what I was looking for.

I found quickest way to find that pid was to select the all in the pid list then search for TFT

That may or may not be it for the 2025 hybrid. TFT is usually for gas only vehicles.

For previous years you wanted CVT.
But let us know if TFT works.

FYI CVT is usually 135°F to 145°F in mine.

This thread was a trip, no one could answer the question.

I use car scanner pro, it's $6 for lifetime use IIRC.

They have several profiles, the Maverick is one of them. I noticed the generic hybrid profile had a few things the Maverick does not and the EV profile has a few things as well.

Also I don't think that generator coil temp is correct.

Yea I may need to revise my post with more testing. TGT does appear to poll a value and it does change but the temp is very low and does not seem right. After a 40 mile highway drive was still only in the 90deg range.

@inline_five

I have seen generator coil reach 259°F but I was working it really hard... towing 3200 lbs uphill at 55 mph on a 96°F day.

At that point I backed down to 45 MPH and the generator coil dropped to 220°F.

Fear not. 285°F should be "redline".

Fun test: what do all your temperature sensors say on a cold morning? Are they all within 5 degrees of each other?

Then check again parked on a hot day.

That's my sanity check. Mine are never the same, but all within 5-6 degrees which is fair and probably normal calibration or manufacturing tolerances.

Thanks, I was playing with settings early in the AM. This was on a cool morning, level ground, 70 mph, unloaded vehicle.

So I do not think that temp was correct. I haven't had time to cross check but will like you suggest.

I would like to get all the PIDs together in one place, I guess Ford nor anyone else does not publish this info, as I've had a hard time finding it. Even Forscan doesn't publish them from what I can find, just the actual names/values.

I would like to add both generator coil temps as well as the a/c amps as I like to know when it's running. I'm settling on a/c pressure for now as when running it goes into the 100's.

Back with my 2005, the A/C was engine driven. But it would come on at will to cool the battery, regardless of the dashboard settings. Since the clutch was 12v I tapped that line and put a small red LED on my dash. I always knew when the A/C was running and it was nice to know when the battery pack was heating up.

Forscan offers monitoring of the transmission fluid temp on the EcoBoost. It's probably available on the hybrid as well. I assume most other apps will offer that functionality.
I believe there are three internal temperatures. Fluid, and stator temps of both motors.
