How long after ordering to get a confirmation email?

I live 20 min from the dealer. By the time I got home I had three e-mails. Two from the dealer and my confirmation e-mail.
If your confirmation isn't in junk mail and you haven't receive e-mail from your dealer, call your dealer and ask the what your e-mail address is. Don't tell them what it is make them tell you what it is.

So I just got off the phone with Ford and was told my order is in their system and is in the ROVP! I asked about the confirmation email, and as others posted, was told that their system has been whacky and doesn't always send out a confirmation email. She said that once they have all the parts and the vehicle is ready for production, I will definitely receive an email with my VIN number.

A little less stressed now that I know my order is there. Now to wait until it's ready...

Cool thanks for that update. Called my dealership today twice to speak to a sales manager and couldn’t get a hold of anyone and never received a call back.

At least I was able to confirm through chat that my order was received.

I guess I will wait as well and hopefully get an email once there is an update in the process. My email was on my paperwork I signed.

I'm in the same boat. Ordered in person through the dealer. I have copies of signed Dora as well as a second order form with order and sales code as well as a second ID number. I've called the FORD number and they confirmed the order is in the system and "In Process". I will say my priority code is 19 (from what I see lower is worse?) So maybe that's why no confirmation email has been sent.

I've spoken with the salesman and actually got to see and sit in an XLT last week and he double checked that it was all entered correctly in the system with me sitting next to him. He could only shrug when I asked about a confirmation email. They have several special order vehicles including the Maverick I saw and a new bronco that was on site so they seem privy to the ordering system. Just staying patient. He told me 11 wks when I ordered.

I'm assuming at this point you ordered ecoboost because the hybrids are unavailable, but 11 weeks is not bad at all! Good luck, hope it comes then, or sooner!

I was able to watch the guy at the dealership submit my order into the system. I got a confirmation within a few minutes.

Ordered Nov 19 - Confirmed about 6 hours later, same day.

Might be a dumb question thats already been answered, but I'm having trouble getting an idea how long it took people to get their order confirmation from Ford after ordering at the dealer?

I ordered 11/4 and still haven't gotten a confirmation email. I know I ordered late and will probably be waiting awhile, but it would be nice to have some sort of confirmation at least...
