I have been enamored with the Maverick since it was launched. Perfect size truck for what I need a truck for, great mileage as a commuter and enough room for my family. I pulled the trigger on the ‘25 when they did hybrid with AWD. After a week I fully love this truck.

“Mod” list so far:
30% tint on front to match rear and front 30% tint strip at the AS1 line
The Stubby antenna
In channel window vents
Trifold tonneau cover
Tiny hitch for the Twuck
Tailgate assist
Maverick branded molded floor mats

Your mods look great. Was also looking to tint the windows so I appreciate your sharing the percentage on the front windows.

Since I am black on black, I was rather miffed that the blackout package included chrome wheel nuts, rather than black.

As an FYI, one can use their Ford points to get the black lug nuts from here:

didn’t know about the lug nuts, I used my points on the floor mats…darn

IIRC the backs metered at 22% and front was 70%. So with the 30 it made it 23%

Did your stubby antenna fit? I ordered one and it is a different size thread. In your picture it looks to be a different size also.

it's actually better you didn't, anyway. I did not know anyone was suggesting or using the Ford OEM lug nuts.

Ford OEM lug nuts are widely despised because they are a 2 piece design and there is a gap between the cap and the threaded part of the lug, which will swell and rust over time.

they've been like this for over a decade, and I have no idea why Ford hasn't changed the design. (cynically, perhaps these lug nuts last at least 36k miles. lol I don't know.)

Thanks for the link. I’ve had other cars with black wheels that just have some black plastic caps for the nuts. Seems a lot cheaper and easier. Does anyone know of a source for black caps for the lug nuts? Thanks!
