I had forgotten about that song from Joe Stampley! excellent, thanks. The title says truck song, not pickup song, so.... You are all wrong! 4 words! Roll On Big Mama by Joe Stampley. Here is why. I worked in night clubs for years and one of them was attached to a mall. The lady the we shared one wall with complained about our loud music knocking her clothes off the wall, so for a compromise, we had to wait until 9:00 to turn the music up. Our tradition was to play Roll On Big Mama. There is something about that big ole diesel engine starting up at the beginning that sets the tone. That is why it wins!
It's a Tundra!typical for a Tacoma owner
Because those of old enough to have vinyl know that all you have to do to get it back is to play it backwards!wondering why none of the country artists has come out with a song about a self driving truck leaving its owner.

Which way makes you more spun?Because those of old enough to have vinyl know that all you have to do to get it back is to play it backwards!
And as a bonus, your wife and dog come back, too!
Thank you, correction madeIt's a Tundra!

This was the tune I played in my Maverick when I drove it off the lot! Was surprised to not see it in this thread sooner.Pickup Man is a good one
Good example! But a typical country story with twang. Back home poetry and rhyming that is humorous. This was the tune I played in my Maverick when I drove it off the lot! Was surprised to not see it in this thread sooner.
