Called Dealer & Ford CS, can't get Ford Pass points

Purchased 24 XLT last Novermber, still no Ford Pass points. Called the dealer and Ford customer service several times and still not resolved. Ford CS opened a claim number, now when I call them with the claim number they say to call the dealer. Dealer offered me a free oil change when due, if I don't get my points. What a bunch of BS.

Any suggestions ?

I tried the link above and it doesnt seem to work. I have tried using the missing points in the Ford Pass app but it does not work.

Leave a shit review for the dealership and they are more likely to do something useful.

I tried the link above and it doesnt seem to work. I have tried using the missing points in the Ford Pass app but it does not work.
I had to call to get my points, but they did add them after waiting a certain period. I think when I tried using the Rewards Assist, it didn't work, but it then gave me a phone number to call that wasn't Ford Customer service. That's my recollection anyway...

What browser? For me, Firefox does not work with many Ford sites, but Edge does.

I assume they have not reported your Ford sold yet due to the recall...

Thanks, didn't think of that. That makes sense.

I have to schedule my recall fix and will ask them about it again. If thats the case, and they had told me that, it would have saved me a lot of aggravation.

It's a really fine line they have to deal with. Just be cool with them; trust me, we get yelled at all the time, and when a customer is super cool with us, we want to go above and beyond to help.
