You need to have information pulled from the RCM/Vehicle to find out why they didn’t deploy. It’s equally odd the seat belts didn’t restrain you yet it appears there was enough energy transfer to send the printer to the windshield, though not through which means it was at low velocity. The energy transfer appears to be minimal. Normally a small overlap hit like that at that speed is devastating traditionally. This appears to be an angular/redirected impact that thankfully meant you didn’t get a full impact. With FordPass signaling a deployment and I assume the automatic braking applying (collision avoidance or otherwise) means either it was interpreted by other sensors or the RCM failed. Looking at the impact I’m not entirely worried about no airbags as there’s not enough evidence to show to me the RCM would have interpreted this as a high risk crash. FordPass also could be interpreting collision avoidance and automatic emergency braking as a sign of a crash, maybe paired with other sensors non-restraint related and assumed airbag involvement. The head to steering wheel impact though could be a number of factors even if the inertia lock engaged on the seatbelt, injuries sustained are superficial as well. Luckily a very minor accident
