Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I just checked and it appears to not be working. Usually if you give it a couple of hours it comes back online.

So I checked my Vin in the pals app for the convoy and got this origin as new castle, does that mean they have it in New castle or that's where it's scheduled to arrive?

I'm wondering the same thing. You and I are in the same boat. My dealer told me today that mine is being built this week and I should expect it in about 6 weeks. But I must have looked at every tracker today 5 times looking for any sign of movement.

I'm located about 7 miles west of Reno Nevada. Mine is supposed to be built the 19th which is Friday.
My salesman still says it's supposed to be built this week and that I should have it in about 6 weeks. Sorry I'm repeating myself. I saw pictures of an exact duplicate on the Ford website right down to the options I have ordered and I was thinking it was already built. But alas that was not the case.
