Has any rear passenger complained about being cold when front passengers say "it's so toasty up front"?

Looks to me like a solution looking for a problem.
I've gotten requests for more air flow, hot and cold.

In the rare case I have a rear seat passenger, I just turn on both the panel and floor vents and aim the center panel vents slightly towards each other and toward the back. It sends a lot of heat back there. Also helps defrost the back glass when that occasionally occurs. I haven't seen a need for floor vent extenders.
I've done that, but what's the use of having under seat vents if they don't really do the job? I've found that the extenders do help get the air past the seat and into the rear compartment.

Can you post a few photos if you get a chance I’m curious to see if they conflict with the leg room in the rear - thanks

I posted pictures on my thread starter post. If you need something better, let me know.

Okay I found them thank you 👍
You're welcome. As you can see, they don't impede into the foot well and yet do a better job of directing the air flow into the rear compartment.

2022 Lariat Hybrid. I believe the extenders will fit 22-24. I'm unsure of the 25's due to other upgrades to other parts of the truck. The vendor I listed offers free returns so, nothing lost by ordering them to see if they fit a 2025
I looked under the seats last night and what is there seems to be the same as in my 22, the odd shaped 3 hole vents...........

Yep, that's them. I would bet they're the same size as mine. I mean why change such a inconspicuous item? Anyway, the vent extenders I showcased (?) will fit.

I’d swear that there were different vents under the seats in some 22’s? Guy at my work is 3d printing a set for me. I can get them to fit regardless, just soften the end with heat gun, plan to do that get a super tight fit

That wouldn't surprise me. Different suppliers and at the time Ford was way behind on production. I've seen two different styles . . . some with 3 channels and others with a single channel, but I believe they're the same size.
If you scroll through this thread, you'll find a member is 3D printing the vent extenders, too.

Yep there were.
Here's a screenshot of a post from an earlier thread.
It seems that Ford decided to eliminate the vent outlet surrounding as a cost-cutting measure.

Did a little test fit at lunch, the printed set I got slides right over the under seat vents. There is a touch of "slop" that either the heat gun or some hvac tape should take care of.

I decided to design and print my own. (free time since the layoff  )

Added one center interior rib for support after printing the first version

Fits snuggly on and the center rib makes sure it doesn't slide too far forward and still fit under the carpet.

Well done! These came out great. The extender body is about twice as long as the F-150

Well done! These came out great. The extension body is about twice the length of the ones I ordered on eBay, so I'm not sure if they are short enough to not protrude into the back seat foot well. I'm sure you factored that in when you made them. I just can't tell from your photos. Thanks for sharing these.
