Well, yeah, I am the guy that designed them, :) and those are my pictures in the post.
As I said, my six foot son sat back there and never had an issue.

Jeez. Color me awkward! Apologies. Glad to hear about how they were not an obstacle. Thanks for sharing.

My son has a solution (3D printer) and is always looking for a problem that he can overcome without doing a lot of manual exertion (Software Engineers these days  .) He would only print one until it was verified in my MY24 Lariat Hybrid. They fit perfectly and now I will probably be out of some manual labor to pay him back for the final one.

I love those kind of folks. Pay him back? I'm including a photo of the Christmas presents I gave my son this year.

I installed some vent extenders this afternoon
Guy at work 3d printed them for me. Was kinda PIA getting them over the vents and inside the carpet, but they turned out fine. These were an F150 design, and without any mods would have fit in the maverick. I wanted them a little more snug so I traced the outline of the vents onto a piece of wood and carved it out with a dremel, then used a heat gun to soften the ends to shape them to fit tighter. I had two sets of them, so then combined two to make them longer, again using the heat gun to shape and mold one to fit inside the other. Still need to partially block off the front vents to get more air movement to the rear. That will come later with piece of fan-fold and hvac tape.

These turned out nice. I had more trouble trying to squeeze the extenders past the carpeting that partially obstructed the vents.

I had to use a screwdriver to get the carpet around it

Same here. Like I said earlier, it was the biggest installation obstacle.

I purchased under seat vent covers from Maxzina and the vent covers don't fit around the wavy 3 vents in Maverick XLT Hybrid. And the vent covers and vents aren't very flexible to put them on. Any advice? I don't have a 3D printer.

I have not had any experience with the Maxzina brand. I got mine on eBay. (link in the initial post). You might try contacting Maxzina for a refund.
