Spray-In Bedliner w/o XLT or Lariat Luxury Package Delayed Scheduling

Lariat/First Edition means both luxury packages I believe. Doesn’t make sense to include XLT but not Lariat

I hope you are right, and I agree it doesn't make sense. It worried me that it only had he one number, 54P. Learning from this thread that 54P was the lariat luxury package made me feel so much better.

Due to lead times it doesn't need to be a shortage, just an underestimation on the part of Ford for how much they would need.

Right i guess what im trying to figure out is if that means that the following sentence talking about the spray in bed liner only being available on the luxury packages is for that Regional area or is it talking about the whole batch because the. Separates everything especially with the way they added the word "Also" in there

It's specific to the region, the entire post is tagged for that region and possibly others. The separation is about the new orders vs the scheduled orders. All imo.

My build is for an AWD XL w/ spray-in liner. Was on the fence between the factory option or having Line-X installed, but with this latest development I texted my sales rep to remove the bedliner option. Hoping I can get scheduled soon

My read of it is that for start up production, they will not be building XL Mavericks if they have a spray-in bedliner optioned - only XLT and Lariat. if you ordered an XL with a spray-in bedliner you may have to wait a little longer. Sounds like they might have a bottleneck with the spray-in bedliner they need to ration out production for.

Ordered an XL 2.0 AWD but am having a line-x bedliner installed when delivered so hopefully that means I avoided this...! Ordered the first week so we shall see if I get any updates at the end of this week...

Thats the way I read it too.
Meh... I wanted the factory spray-in, so I'll wait. I'm sure it can't take that long to get the supply line for a liquid spray going (its not like a part that needs to be manufactured).
