Added Truxedo Pro X15 last night.
Was ordered from RealTruck last Tuesday and it arrived by FedEx on the following Monday. I had a positive experience with them. The tonneau was in stock and it shipped the next day. It’s only been on one day so I don’t have any feedback other than it was easy, it looks great and I’m very happy with it!

May I ask what your total price (including shipping)? I would like to order the same cover as you did.

Let me start with: I ordered before reading the posts that RealTruck has been giving special pricing to members. Search for info on the forum and use it to your advantage.
They advertise $559 but when you call they’ll discount. I paid $519 with free shipping but then there was CT sales tax so $551 delivered.
I like it a lot and am glad I chose it.

I did the exact same thing. Their website said it would ship in 2 weeks, contacted them once, they confirmed this. Contacted them again after 2 weeks, and they said 40+ business days. So I cancelled my order and ordered the Ford one, which will hopefully be here this week.

I understand that it takes time to make all of these new parts, what I was frustrated with was the fact that there was zero indication that it takes 40+ business days. Had I known that, I would have ordered it a lot sooner, or looked for other options a few weeks ago. I'm willing to give Real Truck another shot some other accessories down the road, and hopefully they'll have more transparency about shipping times.
Almost happen to me. They provided a good price, but “the build time” was 6-8 weeks.

Contacted Fairway, received a better price (used my rewards points) and the OEM hard rolling cover shipped in 3 days.
Did either of you consider that it is most likely the tonneau covers simply aren't being made yet? They are providing an estimate of delivery not knowing exactly when the manufacturer will truly have the stock. Ordering any of these sooner or later has no impact at this point.

For what it is worth, I contacted Truxedo directly and was given an estimate build on the Sentry CT of the end of October. When I contacted Alex with RealTruck he said that was probably about right, so I ordered with him given I received almost a 20% discount (paid just over $800 after 6.5% tax).

I received the tonneau and installed it on 10/22 - sooner than even Truxedo had estimated.

These are just starting to be made, so you have to take the estimates with a grain of salt here. None of these companies will have early access, they will simply have them...when they start being made!!!

Regarding the BAK Revolver 4S, Alex at RealTruck told me they're currently built to order. Hence the longish leadtime. I figure that if I order when I get a build date, it'll still be here before the truck...

I did not ask because I wanted an OEM hard cover. It is in stock at Fairway and cheaper. Scheduled for delivery today.

I ordered a Truxedo Lo-Pro soft roll-up tonneau cover from RealTruck on Sunday afternoon, received it Wednesday, and installed it moments after it arrived. A highly recommendable experience -- the deal was right, the messaging about same-day shipping proved true, and it came a day earlier than initially estimated.

How do you like the lo-pro? Can you close the tailgate with it down?

I haven't gone for a drive with it yet, but it installed just fine and looks and feels great. The vinyl is very leather-like in appearance. Also, of note it is not too short like some others have experienced with the base truxedo roll-up tonneaus. That was one of my biggest worries, this feels perfectly sized for the Maverick bed. And, yes, you can close the tailgate with it down without a problem. It is easier to close the cover with the tailgate closed however, as it gives you an area to apply additional leverage.

I'll try and post some photos later today.

He told me the same thing, so I went ahead and ordered one. I had the X4 on my F-150 and was happy with it. The X4S addresses the few minor things I didn't like about the X4.

I think you convinced me to go with the Lo Pro over the base version! I would love to see more pictures of it.

First rainy day. Thought I’d see how dry it was. There was a little water but not bad.

I spoke with BAK to order the X4s directly. Build time is 3-4 weeks.

The revolver x4s has a 5 year warranty and is less than ford version which is the x2 model.
I called Bak about ordering and they said they won't have any until sometime in December and they don't have a price on them? Did you order and receive one? And what was the price?
Thanks,

I had heard same that Bak doesn't expect to ship any x4s until early December which is basically what realtruck told me also. This is fine with me since my build date is early December so won't have the truck by the time I have the cover. Also I would rather they make sure they actually fit unlike the truxedo ones that are slightly short.
