Listed on their website 12v battery replacement on my '22 Eco but not on the Wife's '23 Eco. Never had a problem with either. Sorry if this is old news.

At the nhtsa and ford sites, both say parts not yet available for remedy. Anticipated date for remedy is in Q2. Has anyone gotten their battery in a 22 EB replaced on this recall??

My wife sent me a blurb from the news without much detail but it said 2022-2023 Ford Maverick and Bronco Sport regarding the battery. That would lead me to believe it is the EB Mavericks and not the hybrids because the EB Maverick and the Bronco Sport have similar engine setups.

If I'm not mistaken, there are a few articles out there that stated that Ford didn't have the right 12v batteries going into these trucks. They're supposed to have AGM batteries cause of start/stop, and they just put in regular flooded batteries instead. My truck is under the recall and I have the stock Ford battery, and is not AGM.

AGM battery: Part Number is... BAGM-48H6-760

This is how MY Battery is labeled. Which is the correct ( AGM-type) one..

Exactly: they keep using Rotorcraft!

numerous threads related to this. short answer, "The suspect 12V
batteries were introduced into production on February 5, 2020, and removed from
production on October 20, 2022." Also, depends on the battery manufacturer in the parts bin when the vehicle was built. In much older post, its been noted that some ICE MY22's even came from factory with agm batteries (obviously whatever was on hand at the time).
