Was wondering if you guys had any good recommendations for bed covers on the Maverick? I’m on a budget so it can’t be too expensive. Just looking for something quality that doesn’t flap around in the breeze.

Thank you for the recommendation!I went with a hard trifold tonneau cover from Amazon for like 360 plus free shipping. I was worried about noise as well. More importantly though handling the weight of wet snow and added security was the reason for the hard cover vs soft for myself.
Plenty of u-tube videos along with threads on this site if you search that may help to make your decision. I just figured for the cost of anything happened or if broke after a few years I could easily purchase another one compared to higher priced tonneau covers. Only time will tell if I made the right choice. Right now I'm very pleased with it, and my decision.
Thank you for the reply! Definitely appreciate all the feed back!Let's start with some questions.
1. What is your real budget?
2. How important is it to keep secure the load in the bed?
3. What are you going to be using the bed for 90% of the time?
4. If you need 99% of the bed open at times. Will it bother you if the rear window is covered while hauling the load. Realizing that an oversized load may be blocking your rear window anyway?
Hard rolling covers don't flap and can't be cut. $$$
Hard folding covers don't flap and can't be cut. Some will cover your rear window when fully open some will only fold twice leaving 1/3 of your bed covered unless removed. $$-$$$
Vinyl covered hard rolling rolling covers aesthetically they look nice.
Retractable rolling cover retract below the rear window has to not obstruct your vision. $$$
Soft covers look nice. They can be cut like butter at highway speeds they may tend to flutter a little.
We have to address Velcro.
Most of the roll up bed covers will use velcro along the top sides. There's a lot of anecdotal information of how long that velcro will last. I really don't know because I've avoided it.

I went with a tri-fold hard cover on Amazon. It's harder to break into, easy to install DIY, fit my budget, I don't mind having 2 handles to open it and I saved $700 over the dealer cover. (If you have trouble with your hands the dealer cover is easier to open). E-Bay and AliExpress have them too.Was wondering if you guys had any good recommendations for bed covers on the Maverick? I'll second this. I chose the Gator SRX from RealTruck and installed it on my new 2024. Fits tight, rolls up nice and out of the way. Seems well made (made in the USA). Good value. I paid $219 on saleI did quite a bit of research and ended up getting the Gator SRX soft-roll-up from RealTruck. I love that it's low profile, and I live & work in relatively safe areas, so security is not a major concern for me - it's more about having a nice place to keep things (relatively) dry. It's more expensive than the bargain-basement finds you can choose on Amazon or elsewhere, but the low-profile look and support from RealTruck were worth it, IMO.
*I have not yet installed this - my Maverick is still en-route. BUT, I have used similar covers like it from Gator in the past, and they have been great!
Great minds...I got the same bed cover that NM Bob did less than a week ago and I love it.

Saving Hundreds of $$ over buying a high end hard cover, when this one looks and performs great, goes a long way toward buying gas for your truck and enjoying the drive.
