I want them but already bought the regular silver ones from Ford.

Ohhhhhh! Now lighted tailgate letters may be a cool thing!

Generally speaking; soft, dim, not glaring "marquee" lights are allowed, such as to light a company logo.

Uses a round pancake battery. When I purchased, I assumed it would wire into the footwell lights.

When you find the part, look carefully and you will find the installation instructions on the same screen.

I really like these. Couple years ago I bought the official Ford Maverick sill covers (no lights) and man what a disappointment! Only covered a small portion of the sill and basically useless. I improvised and mated them with sill covers intended for a Honda. They fit nicely.

What you have there in the picture, is pretty complete and nice, surely it wasn't meant for a honda. Where did it come from?

Hello. The Maverick stamped sill cover came from Ford. I glued it on the bottom cover which I got from Amazon. Says their made for a Honda Civic. Here's the Amazon link:

Please note: That link now states the items are currently unavailable, (I bought them in 2022) but at least you can get an idea of what to look for on an Amazon search. You'll want the same length and width and a plain background if you're planning on attaching the same Ford Maverick covers. Nice thing about Amazon is that if what you get doesn't fit the way you want, it's an easy return. Please let me know how it goes.
