Looks awesome! How did you wire them? Did you install a switch? What happens if you leave them on? Do they turn off after 5 or 10 minutes or stay running forever?

lights came with their own switch. Wired with the pigtail that came with truck. Ran one side underneath truck by spare tire/tailgate. I haven’t yet tested how long they stay on. I’ll try it out.

installed new bed LEDs today. Fairly easy, but did take a couple hours to splice and run wiring. Cheap and nice lighting though.

Any link to the kit you purchased? Might consider one when I receive the Maverick.

Love these bed light strips, definitely something I will do but may play with contact switches. Open the tailgate and the lights come on, close the lights are off.

Is it one switch for both sides? How did you connect the side farthest from the switch?

Where did you put the switch? Looks like something is hooked to the wire coming out of the left side auxiliary wire hookup and just laying on the bed of the truck. Could that be it? Thanks.

The description says that they are 60" long. Did you trim them to fit?

One switch. Had to splice one connection and run under truck by spare tire/tailgate area. Was actually pretty easy and clean.

Yep. Trimmed.

I’m not sure what the other user did for his final installation but mine is 3M taped on inside left of bed near the factory light.
