I picked up my new Hybrid XLT earlier today!! I really love the truck and (with exception of few small things)it looks great. I will post a full report with pictures in the next few days. I am surprised we don't see more reports about Hybrid deliveries here but I guess we will see more in the next few days.

UPDATE: Rather than writing a single report, I think it is better to write my impressions as I get to know my truck and experience any new things to report. Please continue reading through this thread as I will be reporting every once in a while new impressions. I see there are already bunch of questions, I will try to answer the questions in those reports as well.

Congratulations. Still waiting on mine, at least I have a build date.

Looking forward for your full report and what small things you don't like.

Thanks for posting.
For the most part I love the truck but there are few things which are not great. Mainly quality related things:
- The plastic trim around the bed is not fit well and loose on 2 corners
- The same trim looks already inconsistent in coloration (even after detailing), would be interesting to see how it looks in few month.
- The fit of the trim around the wheels under the truck looks just not right. It looks uneven and not nice. Maybe other people who are less OCD wont care that much.
- Few of the plastic trims inside were off, I had to pull/push them in place.
- The truck keys are made super cheaply. One of them has still sharp corners and the finish of it is just rough. The second one was dropped by someone in the dealership and dragged on the floor, full of scuffs and scratches.
- I have a small scratch in front of the truck (size of a one cent piece). Nothing dramatic but a brand new truck should not have scratches on. The dealership wanted to polish it out but I was afraid they would damage the paint, left it as it is.

We all know this is a cheap truck but there are things which not cost much money to make it right. But again, those are minor things and overall the truck is very nice but since you asked I wanted to list few of the dislikes. Full report will follow shortly.

PS: My truck had over 26 miles on it. First I thought one of the sales people took it for a joyride but than I found a sticker on the window that my truck was randomly selected for factory test drive. Actually not a bad thing.

Congratulations
If you can give us your feedback on the braking system. does it modulate properly between regenerative breaking and regular breaking? is it natural\fluid? Do you notice any unusual behavior with respect to the regular braking system?

Congratulations!! 🎉🍾
I’m interested to know how aggressive the regenerative braking is and if it allows for one pedal driving. Do you have to press a button each time you want to use it or can you set it to stay in that mode once you enter the truck? My Chevy volt has a paddle on the back of the steering wheel that I have to press and hold each time to activate regenerative braking, and it is so annoying and not aggressive enough.

Love the colour!

Personally I'm not going to look to closely for quality issues. I'm going to ignore them. Lol, I sat in one at dealer and noticed a few fit issues. Some of these things will get fixed as they build more and do some part tuning / assembly people figure out how to build. Some will not get better as Ford does not see it as an issue.

I find the Japanese auto makers are picky when it comes to fit and finish during the pre production stage. They still have issues start of production but fit and finish better overall and for life cycle as they were figured out in the beginning.

Ford is also picky in there own way. All depends on what is focused on or considered quality to the oem.
