So I wonder will Ford once again try and limit the production of Hybrid Mavericks to some crazy 35% of the total production for the year again?

Or will they finally learn that what the consumer wants is them to sell 80% of the Mavericks as Hybrids?

I’m wondering if sales of the 24’s will slow somewhat while people are waiting for the slightly redesigned 25’s to come out?

if you believe all that 😆

believe that Ford probably doesn't have enough techs in Oregon to handle that many recalls

As of this morning, happy July 4th, my very small local dealer shows 42 Mavs in inventory. Over half are hybrids - they are still trying to get +$1000 ADM for hybrids.

Most are blue label but a few are special orders that people ditched.

Ford Maverick production is + - 15K a month - at best - 2022 to 2024

15-20% of all production is sold outside of the USA - nearly 100% to 'governments' in one fashion or another

I believe you are overstating reality. I want Ford to offer me a PHEV, with all due respect. It is about meeting needs, not just promoting EV because Gasoline is very expensive, especially in California and other states. In Texas I paid $2.73 per gallon at Costco the last time I filled up. I also wanted a small AWD vehicle, which to Ford’s shame still does not offer In the Maverick (maybe in 2025 🤞)

Mavericks are starting to show up used but most used examples are still stupid priced.

$17,000 for a used base truck with miles that MSRP was $19,995 is dumb.

worse cars has tons of wrecked Mavericks mixed in for basically the same price as a good condition one

Many of these used Mavericks that MSRP was 20k or 24k were bought in the beginning for 3-10 k over that and now the sellers think they will get it back. I’m afraid those times are over. When I bought mine off the dealer lot in February I paid MSRP for a hybrid and got $1000 discount or rebate they had. Just have to shop around. More deals will be coming.
