Personally, an aftermarket airbag cover is not something I would mess with, but I have no experience with that vendor.

I know Porsche and other luxo-sport OEMs love to sell Alcantara steering wheels, but from a practicality standpoint, I cannot think of a worse material than psuedo-suede where oily skin (or fast food ketchup, or coffee, or...) will be in close contact.

Yeah they do smooth leather with stitching (whatever color) which is what I would consider but safety concerns holding me back

Not the cover but I purchased a carbon fiber steering wheel with heating from Zen back in 2021 for my Focus RS. It was excellent.

I don't really want carbon fiber in my Maverick but I'd buy from them again for sure.
