Not sure how this happened but any suggestions on fix? Would I need to use touch-up pen? Thanks.

for what its worth, i would just use a touch up pen to make it less noticable from a distance. wheel refinishing is a couple to a few hundred $$
Go to your dealer and ask a service writer for the number of the wheel guy. He can fix it almost perfectly for not to much. I worked at a dealer and they all have them. About 100 to 200 to do four wheels. This guy had a tire bead breaker and compressor on a trailer. Painted wheels![]()
