The use case is fun and comfort for a family of four with snowboards in the winter, mountain bikes and camping gear in summer. The Tremor is for extra confidence and margin of safety as the best places for the above are frequently found at the end of long trips on wretched roads or in weather that you would not want to be stranded with kids in.

So the mods are mostly storage, convenience, and an audio upgrade because those drives are long and we take our music seriously.

Added the front fender insulators from the Lariat and hybrid models. It’s kind of an odd cost-cutting measure for a mid-spec XLT but is what it is.

With slightly noisier A/T tires, I think this was a good investment as it does seem to cut out some road rumble.

Truck looks great.

Finally decided to swap out the factory tires last week for a set of upsized 245/70R17 Toyo Open Country AT3s.

Absolutely love them - my review of this setup

Bought a new turn signal lever, and completed the fairly simple Forscan mod to add the complete Lane Keeping System (Lane Keeping Alert, Lane Keeping Aid, and Driver Alert) to my XLT.

I sort of regret omitting C360 from my original build when I was worried about constraints, and will likely never have BLIS, but this was a cheap ($45!) and cheerful way to add at least some of the missing functionality back to my truck.

A finishing touch that I have wanted ever since I took delivery and measured the dash cubby!

I tracked down this Funko Mystery Mini figurine from the iconic Fallout series, a GameStop limited edition exclusive from 2015. One of my favourite characters from a franchise I've followed since it was inspired by the OG game Wasteland in 1988.

She's just called the "Lone Wanderer", so I guess that's what I'm calling my Maverick from now on.

What is the forscan procedure? This can be added to a 22 xlt eco?

Thanks for the compliment. The lane keeping mod was discussed on this thread. It’s a little tricky but nothing crazy if you’re comfortable with Forscan and modding in general. Should work no problem on a 22 XLT EB without copilot.
