XLT RADIO PROBLEMS

I hope they figure it out . my radio still on fritz. Won't tune . still stuck on one station . fortunately stuck on jazz station . 51 xlt fx4 .

Did you take back to the dealer?

My xlt radio had the same problem dealer said to go into settings and do a update that worked. And if that didn't you can do a reboot.

I have tried both. Did the update, which worked for about one minute then it froze. Then I tried a factory reset, followed by software update. Again it worked for a little bit then froze. I am going to take it in to the dealer.
