You can get FX4 without the 4K tow. The 4K does give you the 3.81:1 lower geared diff.

You forgot upgraded suspension and shocks. The transmission cooler comes stock. There is an upgraded t-cooler with 4K tow. Also I don't believe there is lower differential gearing on the FX4, but I could be wrong.

That tire size is 30.0 inch diameter. I went with 245/65R70 which is 29.5 inches. I took a hammer and vise grips and bent those teeth out of the way. I'm sure you could easily mount a 30 inch in that space.
