Are you having problems with the radio presets?

2024 Lariat Hybrid
Started having an issue with the radio presets. I have two rows of presets. The second row works perfectly as you would expect. The first row is an issue. The preset icons, instead of showing the individual station icon, just shows 'Sirrus XM'. When you select that icon, the corresponding preset stations will play, and the icon will display the individual station icon correctly. If I do a 'reset' they all display correctly, but in a few minutes default back to just showing 'Sirrus XM'. Just finished with the 3 recall programming steps including the BMS one. Ford also changed out the 12V battery. Curious if I am alone on this problem or if other are experiencing it. Look at the files below to see what I am trying to explain. Was not doing this when new, started about 3 months ago.

I’ve had the same/similar issue on a couple occasions. In my case none of the presets would activate and no response from any other inputs for sound, nav etc. and only way to get it working again was to restart the truck.

It happened to my 2024 Lariat for the first time this weekend (8/23/2025). Corrected when I went thru all my preset buttons. Then it happened again the next day. Been fine since then. I also speculate it's a SiriusXM issue.

Think I found the issue. If you go to the Sirius channel list, and then search under a category, like "POP" music, you will see some of the stations don't have the assigned logo and only say "Sirius XM". If you select that station, it plays, but when you save it as a preset it displays the "Sirius XM" logo. So this issue is definately a Sirius issue and not a ford issue. I contacted Sirius and spoke to a tech who asked that I send them a video of what I was seeing. Did that, but haven't heard back yet. But if you are having this problem also, go first to the 'channel list' and see if the station logo is there or if it just says 'Sirius XM'. If the station logo is there, and you select it and then save as a preset, the correct station logo will appear. But if the logo was "Sirius XM" then that is what the preset will say. I also see that some of the stations, like BBC World, that had the Sirius XM logo, now today, is showing the correct BBC logo. So something is going on with the Sirius transmission of the logos. I'll let everyone know what Sirius says when they get back to me.
