I have one touch down but not one touch up does not work. I tried to reset one touch up per the instructions in the manual but it still does not work. Can someone confirm that XLT is equipped for one touch up ?

Thanks for that confirmation! I’m glad to know it’s not a defect, and although I understand the trade offs that we have to accept for the Maverick price point, I think Ford should have added this as a standard feature for all models. This is from a Ford trim comparison chart from last summer.
If it's still right, then XLT does not have the one-touch feature.

This "one-touch" power window feature was probably an easy one to leave out because people have mixed feelings about it. Some people really like it a lot; some people (like me) find it to be more of an irritation than a benefit. Thanks for that confirmation! I can understand it might be an annoyance depending on personal preference. I think the happy medium would be to offer the functionality with an easy way to activate/de-activate.This "one-touch" power window feature was probably an easy one to leave out because people have mixed feelings about it. My current vehicle has a very sensitive switch. It's difficult to get it to just put the window down a couple of inches. It almost always triggers the "all the way down" function and you have try to stop it midway or else bring it back up. I'd like it better if you had to do something like a "double-click" to get it to go all the way down.
Earlier I said XLT doesn't have "1-touch down" windows, based on a trim chart from last summer. Thanks for that confirmation! Then the XLT does as well. Court has been dismissed, bring in the dancing lobstersI can’t speak about the XLT, but my XL does have driver side one-touch down.
That cant be right. I have an XL and it has the one touch feature. For the driver side only at least. This is from a Ford trim comparison chart from last summer.

Seems like it. I thought it was funny too. I wonder if this is just a software thing that can be unlocked via those scanner things? This appears to be just more of Ford's odd way of explaining what you get and don't get. (Kind of like the "manual lumbar support" that can't be adjusted.)
It seems both may be right. With Lariat, it's "windows," plural. With XLT it's only "driver window."
- The trim comparison chart says only Lariat gets "Power windows with 1-touch-up/-down."
- My window sticker says I get "1-touch down driver window" with my XLT.
Also, it may be that with Lariat you get "-up/-down." With XLT it's only "down."
Seems like a funny way to break it down, but maybe they have a good reason.
I can confirm on my XLT it has one touch down only, and that is only for the driver door window. This appears to be just more of Ford's odd way of explaining what you get and don't get. (Kind of like the "manual lumbar support" that can't be adjusted.)
