Has anyone produced a lift yet, and what would this do to warranty ride quality etc. Also what tires and wheels can fit with lift

Warranty was my concern as well. If you read the article in the link............ it tells you tire sizes!

" Recommended tire size is 245/65/17 or 245/60/18. Max tire sizes 245/70/17, 255/75/17, 255/60/18, 245/70/18 with minor trimmin of the Pinch weld on the firewall and minor trimming of plastic. "

How exactly does that work? I see you're in Hawaii, but you bought it warrantied from a Kansas dealer. Did you verify with your home dealer that the modifications will not affect warranty? I can't imagine you'll take your Maverick all the way to Kansas for any and all service work.

I have very strong suspicion if you blow a CV joint, (or have anything go wrong suspension/drivetrain related) your local dealer will immediately look to blame the lift and larger tires, which means you'll be fixin' on your dime, not Ford's. Transporting a broken Maverick all the way to Kansas just to have the Kansas dealer look the other way at the mods and repair it under warranty doesn't seem very cost efficient. I have no plan to lift mine up, I'd like to go the other way in fact, but seeing all of the issues arise from suspension changes has me reconsidering.

Great looking Maverick though!
