X Plan Question

Sorry if this was covered elsewhere, I couldn't find a clear answer to this specific question. I know that, in addition to a slight discount off MSRP, X Plan also limits dealer fees. Can anyone more specifically explain what dealer fees it prevents from being tacked on, though?

My understanding is that it limits the document fee to $100 but what about:
Advertising fees?
Dealer prep fees?
Addtl delivery/destination fees (not the $1495 Ford destination charge, I know that's mandatory. But addtl charges)
Whatever the dealer's primary BS revenue generator is, be it undertreatment, paint sealant, lojack systems, etc.?

It mainly limits the fees, some dealers will still try to get the "value package" add ons, I would tell them No Way!

Its a very simple formula
$INVOICE - 0.004% + $275 = x plan

Dealer can add up to $100 in fees

I bought 100 shares of Ford stock last year. Ford extends X plan pricing to shareholders that own a minimum of 100 shares for 6 months. I got the documentation required together this afternoon along with an application for a PIN and emailed everything to the address provided.
