Ford makes good trucks but sucks at just about everything else.


Waiting 420 days for my truck...which is finally in build but I still have not got my private offer. Yes I qualify and have the COVP, watched Tims video on private offers with my sales person, searched for it under every name, misspelling, phone number and email. Salesperson called Ford marketing to special dealer line and they keep referring him to the AWOL sales and inventory specialist. Ford is dissing the dealers but a fish rots from the head and this entire experience stinks. Makes sense why dealers are not following Ford pricing guidelines as they have to spend hours fixing fords messed up convoluted process

I was in the same boat. Ask Tim for help directly! That’s what it took for me.

You're the lucky one according to stories I read on here. People are saying that the dealer sold their truck and didn't call them. Congrats!
