I ordered a Lariat Hybrid from them on 9/16/22. How were they to deal with? I hear all the horror stories on the forum about bad dealers...

Make sure your salesman is proactive on your order. My salesman that I purchased mine from on 8/21 left the dealership before the end of the year, though he told me mine would arrive by the end of the year. He was not very helpful.
My salesman now is fine, I bought the truck I traded in a 2014 F150 off him. When I bought my Maverick he was the used car manager. His name is Patrick and now is doing a good job.
