I've got a lariat hybrid without a pad. I'll check for this mystery USB port

I saw one video where the cover was removed and there was a USB connection below the location for the charging pad. You may be able to connect any charging pad. I don't know the Ford part # for the factory charging pad.
You have a link to that video?

I have no idea what video it was- the video was not about that specifically. He had the tray area apart in the video.

I would think that the power source for the Lariat charging pad would be there unless they use totally different wiring bundles on each trim level 🤔
I'm betting this is it, but to save money Ford should use just one wiring harness, but then again, this leaves it open for the aftermarket to make things so we can add to the Maverick.

Not sure what's up with the >$500 MSRP for Maverick or why the part would be any different.
Maverick tax. Guess they just don't any ordering of parts. Damn D-Rings are $53 each.

The lariat head lights don't just swap over to the xl... The harness is different. I think there might be quite a bit different between the different lvl trims wiring harnesses.

Ya that's a crazy amount of money for a wireless charging pad. I guess I will DYI. Thanks for the link.
Call me cheap if you want….but $571 for the Ford charging mat is a bit redonkulous. I found this on Amazon for about $25. Wouldn’t it do virtually the same thing??
