Wipe out ford pass app and start over

As title says,just want to start over.been messing with the app for a week and not getting anywhere!keeps saying password and email being used somewhere else.but it want let me start a new app page.i work on cars,not computers!just want to start over.

Have you tried using a different email? It looks like that email is being used.......somehow which is weird.

My dealer loaded it on my vehicle, and showed me how to use it.

A few days later, I removed it from the truck. I have no interest in having my truck use up all my data.

Start over as completely wipe out whats there and redownload the app and put all new information in it.

My wife and I both have Fordpass. All her e-mails come to me. We have contacted the Fordpass staff numerous times. They tell us it is fixed. I still get all of her e-mails. Go figure. How can it be that hard to change an e-mail.

The FordPass app is spyware. It adds no value for the customer.

Using the FordPass app is like teaching a pig to sing. Not only are you wasting your time, you are annoying the pig.

Of course if you like glitchy software.....

Not gonna be long won't be able to have in anyway. Next update Ford is moving to iOS 16 which leaves me behind with my iPhone 7 with iOS 15. One of these days I'll upgrade my phone but otherwise the 7 still is working great.
